Information on Group Lessons

Beginners under 4 years – Snow Kindergarten  
We offer the Snow Kindergarten to beginners under 4 years. This is a combination of care in the crèche, learning to ski and playing in the snow.

Beginners from 4 years and mid-advanced in Snow Wonderland – Beginners to Blue 2
We offer half or full day courses for beginners and mid-advanced children. Full day courses lunch is included. Lessons for all these groups begin in the Snow Wonderland (exercise area in the valley). Depending on progress over the course of the week, the children will also ride on the mountain. Therefore, for these groups, we advise booking full day lessons incl. lunch and childcare.

Half day group lessons take place in the morning. In the following weeks we offer the half day course also in the afternoon: 26.12. / 02.01. / 13.02. / 20.02. / 27.02.

Children- Advanced on the Mountain – Blue 3 to Black
As soon as the children can travel by lift and ride safely on their own on blue pistes (from Blue 3), lessons will take place on the mountain. For this, we offer full day courses, from 3 days, incl. lunch and childcare. The skiing race takes place on the mountain on the Thursday.

Adults– E1 bis E5
Class lessons for adults take place in small groups. We offer 3-day courses, from Monday to Wednesday, for the levels E1 - E5 (Level E6 only private lesson). If there is sufficient demand, the lessons may be extended on site.

Lift ticket
The lift ticket is not included in the course price. Children in the Snow Wonderland (practice area in the valley) do not need a lift ticket. As soon as the children (from 6 years) ride on the mountain, they need a lift ticket. We offer special ski school beginner tickets for beginners and mid-advanced riders. We also offer reduced lift tickets for adult beginners.

Lesson start
Group lessons start on the 19.12.2016.
Children: group lessons start on Saturday (new 16/17), Sunday or Monday
Adults: each Monday

Meeting point
All classes, all levels meet at the valley cable car station at 09.45.

In the Snow Wonderland 10.00-12.00 or 10.00-15.30
On the mountain until 15.30

Blueline
At the most important lifts, guests of the Flims Laax Falera ski school use the separate access points (Blueline) and need not wait.

Equipment
To complete a successful ski course, you also need the right ski equipment: alongside skis and ski boots, you'll also need a helmet, skiing goggles, gloves and the right clothing. Skis and ski boots can be hired at Free Skirental  at the valley cable car stations and you can find more equipment at Boarderworld at the valley cable car stations.
